Suzuki Avenis Gets A More Affordable Standard Variant For 2025 | BikeDekho TechTricks365


Rs 1,800 more affordable than before along with OBD-2B compliance

Suzuki India has launched a new Standard variant for the Avenis price at Rs 91,400 (ex-showroom Delhi). The variant is Rs 1,800 cheaper than the top-spec Avenis Special Edition. Lets have a closer look at this new variant.

2025 Suzuki Avenis Standard Variant

The standard variant of the Suzuki Avenis continues with the same sharp and sporty design language which makes it look quite aggressive. It is available in four exciting colour options: Glossy Sparkle Black with Pearl Glacier White, Glossy Sparkle Black with Pearl Mira Red, Champion Yellow No 2 with Glossy Sparkle Black and just Glossy Sparkle Black – same as the base variant

2025 Suzuki Avenis Standard Variant

For 2025, the Suzuki Avenis gets an OBD-2B compliant 124.3cc single-cylinder engine which makes the same 8.7PS and 10Nm. This engine has been praised for its good power delivery and fuel efficiency, along with this it also powers the Access 125 and the Burgman Street in Suzuki’s line-up.

It gets a LED headlight and tail light along with a LCD screen which shows all the basic information but misses out on Bluetooth connectivity. This sporty scooter gets a 21.8-litre underseat storage along with a covered and an open cubby hole with a USB charging port. It also gets an external fuel-filler cap for added convenience. 

2025 Suzuki Avenis Standard Variant

The other two variants of the Suzuki Avenis, the base and the Special, , already received the OBD-2B update back in March 2025. This new Standard variant sits as the most affordable Suzuki Avenis in the market. It has exciting looks and a good engine but misses out on features like smartphone connectivity. In the Indian market, the Suzuki Avenis competes with the Honda Dio 125, TVS Ntorq 125, and the Yamaha RayZR
