Classic Legends has launched new warranty schemes and services for Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA bikes. The new schemes are intended to improve the ownership experience through improved service, reliability, and peace of mind. The company, which received some flak in the past for service concerns, is now looking to address customer satisfaction through longer warranties, roadside assistance, and maintenance packages.
Standard and Extended Warranty Options
All Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA motorcycles now come with a four-year or 50,000 km standard warranty. This shows Classic Legends’ confidence in its bikes. Moreover, customers can choose an extended warranty for up to six years, ensuring long-term protection. This is a great initiative, especially for those who want added security for their motorcycles.
The company also introduced a Two-Year Anytime Warranty. This flexible option can be purchased anytime within the first six years of ownership after the standard warranty expires. It gives riders the freedom to extend coverage when needed, which makes ownership hassle-free.
Moreover, there’s a complimentary one-year Roadside Assistance (RSA). This service ensures that riders receive immediate help in case of a breakdown. More importantly, this RSA plan can be extended up to eight years.
Hassle-Free Maintenance with AMC Package
Classic Legends has also launched a five-year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). This scheme includes all servicing requirements, providing fixed costs and trouble-free maintenance. In this package, there will be no extra charge for consumables, labor, and wear and tear components at the time of service. The program also features a free pickup and drop facility, which makes it easy for owners.
What Sets This Program Apart?
The new warranty scheme by Classic Legends is unique in a number of ways:
- Pan-India coverage and service: Customers can take advantage of these services anywhere in the country.
- No extra service cost: Labor, wear-and-tear parts, and consumables are included.
- Transferable warranty: Owners are able to transfer the warranty when the bike is sold, boosting resale value.
- Pickup and drop facility: This renders servicing hassle-free and convenient.
Classic Legends’ new venture is a reaction to previous criticism regarding delays in service and the availability of spare parts. Through the introduction of these maintenance and warranty plans, the brand hopes to enhance customer confidence.
