Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India has recently updated the Activa range with updated features and looks. The manufacturer has also launched the all-new Activa e: at the Auto Expo 2025. This means that Honda now sells 4 scooters under the Activa range including 3 petrol scooters and an electric scooter. Here’s a closer look at each of them:
2025 Honda Activa
The 2025 Honda Activa is the entry-level model in the Activa range. The 110cc scooter has been updated recently, with prices starting at Rs 80,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The scooter comes in three variants: STD, DLX and H-Smart.
The 2025 Honda Activa continues to feature the same iconic design as before. But, has received a huge feature update including a 4.2-inch TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity. It now offers call and SMS alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation. It also has a USB charging port. The H-Smart variant comes with a fob key for keyless operations.
The Activa is now powered by an OBD-2B compliant 109.51cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It makes 8PS at 8,000rpm and 9.05Nm at 5,500rpm, paired with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).
2025 Honda Activa 125
The 2025 Honda Activa 125 was recently launched with a refreshed look, making it appear more stylish but still continuing to feature a family scooter design. The 2025 Activa 125 comes in two variants: DLX, which is priced at Rs 94,422 and H-Smart, which costs Rs 97,146 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
The 2025 Activa 125 is also equipped with the same 4.2-inch TFT console that offers smartphone connectivity for call and SMS alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation. It also has a USB charging port. The new 2025 Activa 125 is powered by an OBD2B-compliant, 123.92cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 8.4PS and 10.5Nm. It is also paired with a CVT.
2025 Honda Activa e:
The Honda Activa e: was recently launched at the Auto Expo 2025. The electric Activa has two variants. The base variant starts at Rs 1,17,000 and the RoadSync variant is priced at Rs 1,51,000 (both ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
The Activa e: is equipped with a mid-mounted motor delivering 6kW and 22Nm. It goes from 0 to 60kmph in 7.3 seconds (claimed). The e-cooter also has 3 riding modes: Econ, Standard, and Sport. It gets two swappable 1.5kWh battery packs, providing a combined range of 102km. However, you cannot charge these battery packs at home and will need to subscribe to Honda’s swappable battery network, which starts at Rs 1,999 per month.
The base variant of the Activa e: has a 5-inch TFT instrument console, but misses out on connectivity features. Whereas, the top RoadSync variant has a bigger 7-inch instrument console, with smartphone connectivity features including turn-by-turn navigation and, call and SMS alerts.
2024 Honda Activa 125
Even after the launch of the new 2025 Activa 125, the older Honda Activa 125 is still on sale. However, the scooter may be discontinued after some time when the available stock is sold out.
The 2024 Activa 125 has a semi-digital instrument console including an analogue speedometer and a digital inset. The digital inset shows an odometer, fuel gauge, tripmeter, clock and other basic telltale lights. It is powered by the same 123.92cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine making 8.1PS and 10.4Nm.
