Five new games to hit Apple Arcade in May
Apple Arcade is set to see five new games roll out this May, including a new entry into the “What the” series and a new Lego endless racer.
May will see a handful of new games release to Apple Arcade, including some entries into series we’ve seen before. All five of the new games are geared toward younger players — perfect for elementary aged gamers.
What the Clash
A new entry into the What the series, What the Clash is a party game that allows players to play solo or battle friends in one-on-one battles.

Collecting cards allows users to create hundreds of mini-games that draw on elements from games like table tennis, archery, racing, and tag.
LEGO Friends Heartlake Rush+
A colorful endless racer that sends players speeding down the streets of Heartlake City. Completing missions allows players to unlock rewards, and they can even transform their car into a jet using Zobo the Robot.
Players will need to dodge traffic while collecting coins, ice cream, fruit, flowers, and more. LEGO Friends Heartlake Rush+ offers tons of customizable fun for younger players.
with My Buddy
A cozy simulation game, with My Buddy lets players bond and care for virtual puppies and kittens.

As the pets grow and change, players can dress their pets in unique outfits and decorate their pets’ spaces, all while nurturing each individual pet’s personality.
Words of Wonders: Search
A classic word search game that tasks players with finding hidden words while they explore iconic cities worldwide, attempting to uncover the hidden secrets of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Words of Wonders: Search+
Each puzzle aims to help players increase their vocabulary and reading skills as they work through progressively harder puzzles. Words of Wonder: Search+ is geared toward younger players and players who may not speak English as their first language, but anyone who enjoys word searches will likely enjoy it.
Sumi Sumi : Matching Puzzle+
Sumi Sumi : Matching Puzzle+ is a matching game that features gacha mechanics, allowing players to collect their favorite San-X characters, called Sumisumi.

Apple Arcade is currently $6.99 per month and is included in the Apple One Individual, Family, and Premier bundles. Arcade Originals can be played across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, while App Store Greats can be played on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.
