KTM India started the deliveries of the 390 Adventure for the Indian market. The first 390 Adventure, with the Ceramic White colour scheme, was delivered in Nagpur, Maharashtra to Dr. Amit Nikam on February 22, 2025. The delivery was made by Khamla Square KTM, Nagpur. The bike is priced at Rs 3,67,699 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in a single variant and two colour schemes: Electronic Orange and Ceramic White.
Design
The 390 Adventure gets rally-inspired design with sleek bodypanels, sculpted tanks and a long single piece-seat. The bike also gets a long windscreen and a vertically-stacked headlight setup resembling Dakar-rally bikes. It also gets a high-mounted front fender and knuckle guards for protection in case of a fall.
Engine
The KTM 390 Adventure is powered by a 398.63cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 46PS and 39Nm and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. The bike also gets a bi-directional quickshifter as standard.
Underpinnings
The bike sits on 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels with tubeless tyres. For the braking setup, the bike gets a 320mm front-disc with a radially mounted calliper and a 240mm rear-disc brake with dual-channel ABS as standard. The bike gets a fully adjustable 43mm WP Apex inverted fork with 200mm of wheel travel and a WP Apex monoshock with 205mm of wheel travel and 20-step rebound adjustability.
Features
The bike gets an all-LED lighting setup and also gets a 5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, call and SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. The bike gets cornering ABS, traction control, three riding modes and cruise control. It gets dual-channel switchable ABS as standard for more control during offroading.

The KTM 390 Adventure rivals the bikes like Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and BMW G 310 GS, along with upcoming bikes like the TVS RTX 300 and Hero Xpulse 421 also.
