Ormotors France, has built a custom motorcycle based on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 named Hima 450 and gets red coloured base body panels along with brandings from its sponsors. The red colour of the bike is complimented well by the white graphics and golden coloured wheels. The custom bike with all of its upgrades gets more performance, more capability and massive range to conquer the offroad trails.
The Hima 450 gets a rally bike inspired design with a tall-front tower with upgraded lighting setup. The bike now gets a new fuel tank from Acerbis with 23 litres of fuel capacity, which gives the bike a massive range of 700km along with a bulkier and muscular look. The Hima 450 also gets upgraded protection with an Acerbis bashplate and fork guards. Additionally, the bike is fitted with the Himalayan 450’s rally kit that includes a beak-styled front fender, slimmer tail section with a long single-piece seat for more offroad utility.
The bike gets upgraded performance parts such as a PowerTRONIC FuelX Pro fuel injection optimizer for a more aggressive power delivery necessary in offroad conditions. It also gets an upgraded DNA air filter along with a HP Corse exhaust.
On the underpinnings front, the bike gets an upgraded inverted fork, giving it an additional 30mm of suspension travel and a new monoshock to make it more pliant and capable when offroading. The bike still retains the golden-coloured tubeless spoke wheels from the stock Himalayan 450 but gets upgraded knobby tyres from Continental tyres. With all these upgrades, the bike is now 21kg lighter than its stock counterpart and weighs just 175kg making it more manageable when riding offroad.
The custom motorcycle, Hima 450, has been specifically built for the ‘Dust Trail’ off-road event happening in Portugal in April 2025. This custom motorcycle highlights the customization capabilities the Himalayan 450 offers and in the event, it will compete with bikes like the Honda Dominator and the Suzuki DR 350.
