Aprilia Tuono 457 spotted in India, set to launch February 17, 2025 TechTricks365

Finally, the production-ready Aprilia Tuono 457 has been spotted in India after months of speculations of a prototype in Europe. It is the first time the bike was seen on the roads after its unveiling at EICMA 2024. After the Aprilia RS 457, this naked streetfighter will be marketed as the most reasonably priced Aprilia motorcycle in India. Aprilia India officially announced that the Tuono 457 will launch on February 17, 2025. Moreover, a media ride is planned for the next day. Here’s everything you need to know.

Aprilia Tuonio 457: What to Expect?

According to a recent announcement from the brand, the Aprilia Tuono 457 will be launched on February 17th or 18th, 2025. In order to ensure that there are no problems, Aprilia India is probably testing the bike before it launches. As you can see in the spy shots, the bike is undergoing camo testing.

The Aprilia RS 457’s streetfighter naked version is the Tuono 457. In contrast to the RS 457 fairing, the Tuono has a single-piece handlebar, minimalistic appearance, and an upright, calm riding position. Additionally, there will be two colour possibilities for the bike: Red/Black and White/Silver.

Engine Performance and Features

The same 457cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine powers the Tuono 457, similar to the RS 457. This engine produces 47.55 PS of power and 43.5 Nm of torque. Additionally, it is paired with a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. However, we should anticipate that the engine tuning and sprocket diameters will be adjusted to better fit the bikes’ street and urban usage.

A 5-inch TFT colour display with Bluetooth connectivity is included with the bike, enabling turn-by-turn navigation, SMS notifications, and call alerts. It has three riding modes, Eco, Sport, and Rain, each of which is tailored to a particular road situation. Additionally, for added safety and stability, it has ABS and switchable traction control.
