Weekly Bike Wrap-Up: Scooter and Bikes Launched By TVS, KTM & More TechTricks365


We are back with the weekly bike wrap-up to keep you updated about what’s going on in the Indian bike industry. Last week was full of interesting launch events for two-wheelers from major brands like KTM, TVS, and Kawasaki. Moreover, some upcoming models were spotted while testing on the roads. 2025 KTM RC 200 launched

 
KTM India launched the 2025 RC 200 at a price of Rs. 2.54 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model is Rs. 11,000 more expensive than the previous model, which is quite justified according to new features. Firstly, the engine is now OBD2B compliant, which meets the latest emission norms. The biggest highlight of this upgrade is the all-new 5-inch TFT colour display. Additionally, it is available in three colour options, which are Black, Blue, and new Metallic Grey. 

TVS Jupiter 125 DT SXC Dual Tone Variant Launched

TVS Motor Company launches the new variant of Jupiter 125 DT SXC dual tone, at a price of Rs. 88,942 (ex-showroom). It is available in two colour options, which are Ivory Brown and Ivory Grey. Additionally, the front side panels and rear grab rails are in dual-tone colours. The TVS SmartX connect feature shows turn-by-turn Navigation, call/SMS, and vehicle tracking. 

Kawasaki Ninja 300 Launched

Kawasaki India launches the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 300 at a price of Rs. 3.43 lakh (ex-showroom), which is the same as the last model. The brand added a larger windscreen, wide tyres, projector headlights, and new graphics to freshen up the look. Moreover, the redesigned headlamps give the cowl a much sharper, more aggressive appearance. Furthermore, it is available in three colour options: Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Metallic Moondust Grey. 

KTM Duke Electric Prototype Revealed

KTM Duke Electric Prototype 
KTM has finally unveiled the long-awaited electric variant of their renowned Duke model. The styling elements from the 250 and 390 Duke models are used in the KTM E-Duke. However, compared to its siblings that run on petrol, it appears even more aggressive and futuristic. A 10kW engine and 5.5kWh battery are anticipated to be included, and it should have a 100–150km riding range.

 

Hero Xpulse 160 Spotted

Recently, the Hero Xpulse 160, a brand-new off-road motorbike, was spotted undergoing testing on Indian roads. It would be a less expensive version of the well-liked Xpulse series. It is anticipated to have a 163.2cc four-valve engine that generates around 14 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm and 15 PS at 8,500 rpm. The setup is also probably going to have a 5-speed transmission, which will make riding the bike smooth and enjoyable.

Yamaha Electric Scooter Spotted

Yamaha Electric Scooter 
For the first time, Yamaha’s first electric scooter for India has been seen on the road. This future e-scooter is based on the River Indie but features a whole new look. Instead of the Indie’s horizontal lights, it sports dual LED headlights placed vertically. The front apron has been entirely reworked to seem sleeker and more erect. A 6.7 kW engine and a 4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack are anticipated to be used, providing a 161 km riding range.
