TVS Motor Company has introduced a new version of its most affordable motorcycle, the TVS Sport ES+. The bike is priced at Rs 59,881 (ex-showroom). This new model is designed for daily use. It is placed below the Star City+ and Raider 125 in TVS’ lineup. The ES+ variant also follows the new OBD2B emission rules, which makes it more environment-friendly.
Sportier Design for a Fresh Look
The 2025 Sport ES+ looks similar to the standard TVS Sport but has a few exciting updates. It now comes in two brand-new colours: Grey Red and Black Neon. These new shades, along with fresh graphics on the fuel tank and panels, give the bike a sportier and more modern feel.
In addition to this, TVS has made some small but nice design touches. The front headlight cowl and mudguard are now colour-matched with the rest of the body. The alloy wheels come with coloured pinstripes that match the bike’s paint, making it stand out. Interestingly, the ES+ is the only variant that gets a black rear grab rail, while the other variants come with a silver one. All these small details make the ES+ the sportiest version of the TVS Sport lineup.
Powerful and Simple Engine for Daily Riding
The TVS Sport ES+ is powered by a 109.7cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine now meets the OBD2B standards set by the Indian government, which means it runs cleaner and more efficiently. It produces 8.08 bhp of power and 8.7 Nm of torque, which is good for a bike in this category.
The engine is fuel-injected and comes with a 4-speed gearbox, making it smooth to ride in city traffic. The bike can reach a top speed of 90 kmph, which is more than enough for everyday commuting. It is a strong option for people looking for both fuel efficiency and performance in one package.
Built for Comfort and Indian Roads
TVS has built the Sport ES+ to handle Indian road conditions comfortably. It uses telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the back, which provide a stable and smooth ride. The bike runs on alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, which are more durable and easier to maintain.
To keep the price low, TVS has given drum brakes on both wheels. While basic, they are enough for city riding. The bike weighs 112 kg, has a ground clearance of 175 mm, and comes with a 10-litre fuel tank, which makes it practical for daily use as well as slightly longer rides.
Smart Option in the Lineup
The Sport ES+ sits in the middle of the TVS Sport range. It offers more features and a sportier look than the base Self Start ES variant, but costs less than the top-end Self Start ELS model. This makes it a great option for riders who want good looks, reliable performance, and value for money.
