This Custom Honda MBX350 Is Actually A Modified Honda CB350RS | BikeDekho TechTricks365

With the new rectangular headlight and dual tone colour scheme, the bike looks stunning

We recently came across a beautiful Honda CB350RS modified to be a retro bike, called the Honda MBX350. The bike has been modified by Servi Honda Malaga, a Spanish Honda dealer, as part of the Honda Garage Dreams contest. Here’s a breakdown of everything that they have changed.

A stock Honda CB350RS has a slightly modern look. To make the bike feel more retro, Servi Honda has swapped out the headlight with a rectangular halogen unit, with a retro-looking headlight cowl. The fork gaiters have been removed as well, and the stock LED turn-indicators have been replaced with square shaped bulb-type indicators. All of these things contribute to the overall retro appeal of the bike.

The bike’s rear view mirrors have been swapped out with square ones, which add a nice retro touch as well. The stock, tear drop fuel tank has been swapped out for a rectangular one. Servi Honda has also added in some side-panels which flow well with the tank. Each side has a long panel that stretches all the way from the mid-section to the tail, for that proper 80s or 90s sporty bike look. The seat has also been changed with a custom one, and looks quite nice.

The  stock LED taillight has also been swapped out with a bulb-type rectangular unit , that better suits the overall boxy styling of the bike All of these changes have done a really good job making the bike feel like a sporty roadster from the 70s and 80s. But what really makes the bike stand out in our opinion is the beautiful colour scheme.

The blue finish on the top half of the tank, along with the beautifully painted Honda logo, has made the bike look and feel retro. The red golden and blue graphics on the side panel and tail section gives the bike a more retro look as well.

Coming to the engine and other changes, the stock exhaust has been swapped out for a small, stubby  end-can from Cavi. Other than this, the bike’s performance and underpinnings remain unchanged. The Honda CB350RS is still powered by the same 348.36cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 21PS and 30Nm.
