The company’s industrial robotics engineering services have a range of technical applications, including automated bin picking, 3D vision guided robotics and inspection, automated assembly and material handling, palletizing and depalletizing, and assembly line robotic arm configuration which help manufacturers and distributors increase efficiency and scale automation across operations.

Following the transaction, the current management team – including Eric Carlson, Ron MacQuarrie, Jeffrey McGarry, and Jerry Stark – will remain in their roles.

Tony Rivers, CEO of Peak Technologies, says: “The integration of Automation Intelligence into the Peak Smart Technologies portfolio represents a major milestone in our commitment to delivering comprehensive automation solutions to our expanding customer base.
