There are currently “no plans” to port The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy to additional platforms such as PlayStation or Xbox, according to co-director and co-writer Kazutaka Kodaka.
“I’m not talking about porting to other platforms—I’m referring to multilingual support,” Kodaka said in a Bluesky post responding to a misunderstanding that he would like to work on ports as soon as possible. “As for porting to other models, I’ve mentioned it many times before, so I didn’t think it needed repeating, but just to be clear: there are no plans for it, and the chances are very slim.”
The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy launched for Switch and PC via Steam on April 24 worldwide. It was published by Aniplex, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment Japan.
Kodaka previously said Too Kyo Games “invested all our money and human resources into this game,” and even went into debt. Currently, Too Kyo Games is still in debt and “on the brink of going under,” Kodaka said.
