More Hazbin Hotel and Its Helluva Boss Spinoff are Coming TechTricks365

Sing it loud and proud, Hazbin Hotel fans: it’s sticking around Prime Video for a while.

The animated musical series has been renewed for another two seasons, according to the Hollywood Reporter. That brings it up to six overall: before and during the first season’s airing, it was renewed through season four, which are now in production. The renewal is part of creator Vivienne Madrano’s new first-look deal with Prime Video to develop new projects.

Additionally, Prime Video will be the streaming home for the Hazbin spinoff Helluva Boss starting in the fall. Medrano and Spindlehorse created the show after the popularity of Hazbin’s original pilot. That series also takes place in Hell, but centers on a new group of characters—Blitzo, Moxxie, and Loona—working at a hitman company for human clients. Boss’ second season wrapped in December 2024, and it’s also getting two more seasons. The already aired episodes will remain on YouTube, and full seasons will hit the channel a month after the initial run on Prime Video.

In a statement, Medrano gave her thanks to Prime Video “for their continued support of our work on Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. I’m so excited for what this means for the continued rise of indie animation! It’s a dream come true to be able to tell these stories, and I truly can’t wait for you to see what we have planned!”

As mentioned in the video above, this also allows for crossovers between the two shows and whatever other projects Medrano and her team are cooking up.
