KTM India recently cut down the prices of the 390 Duke for the Indian market. The bike has received a massive price-cut of Rs 18,000 and now costs Rs 2,95,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Here’s a list of all the two-wheelers you can buy for a similar price:
TVS Apache RTR 310:
The TVS Apache RTR 310 is a naked-streetfighter from the Hosur-based Indian two-wheeler manufacturer. The top variant of the bike with Fury Yellow colour scheme costs Rs 2,72,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike is powered by a 312.7cc, reverse-inclined, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 35.6PS and 28.7Nm and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch and a quick-shifter. The bike also gets advanced features like cruise control, cornering ABS, cornering cruise control, rear lift off control, slope-dependent control and front lift-off control.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450:
Royal Enfield had launched the Himalayan 450 last year and the bike sells in quite good numbers. It is powered by a 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 40PS and 40Nm. The bike gets features like a slip-and-assist clutch, dual-channel ABS that is switchable at the rear and has two riding modes: Eco and Performance. The Himalayan 450 is priced from Rs 2,85,000 to Rs 2,98,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) depending on the colour scheme. The bike gets tubeless spoke wheels as an accessory for Rs 11,000 more.
Harley Davidson X-440:
Harley Davidson, in-collaboration with Hero MotoCorp, launched the X440 in 2023. The bike is offered in three variants with seven colour schemes spread across the variants. The bike’s prices start from Rs 2,39,500 and go up to Rs 2,79,500 (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike is powered by a 440cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 27PS and 38Nm and comes paired to a six-speed gearbox. For safety features, the bike also gets dual-channel ABS as standard.
BMW G 310 RR:
The BMW G 310 RR has been on sale in India for quite some time. The bike is BMW’s entry level sports bike offering. It is powered by a 313cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 34PS and 27Nm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch. The bike is offered at a slightly premium price of Rs 3,05,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Royal Enfield Continental GT 650:
The Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 is the most affordable cafe-racer available for sale in the Indian market and has developed a cult-following since its launch. The bike is powered by a 650cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 47PS and 52Nm and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike is priced from Rs 3,19,000 to Rs 3,45,000 (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
