Hyundai Exter range expands TechTricks365


Prices for the Exter S Smart start at ₹7,68,490 while the SX Smart is available at ₹ 8,16,290 onwards 

Hyundai Motor India Limited has added two new variants to the existing lineup of its compact SUV, the Hyundai Exter. These, namely S Smart and SX Smart, make new features available to a wider audience. The S Smart version gets an electric sunroof, rear AC vents, LED DRLs, and LED taillights, whereas the Exter SX Smart gets a smart key and push-button start, sunroof, sharkfin antenna, TPMS, projector headlamps, etc.

In addition, if buyers want a larger infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, they can choose the optional genuine head unit as an accessory. All variants of the Exter now come equipped with ISOFIX seats, and the new S Smart and SX Smart trims are available on both petrol (manual or AMT) and CNG versions of the car. Prices for the Exter S Smart start at ₹7,68,490 while the SX Smart is available at ₹ 8,16,290 onwards (both ex-showroom).

Jeep Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition announced

Jeep has paid homage to the memorable 1941 Willys by launching the Jeep Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition. The highly limited special edition is available at an additional ₹1.51 lakh over the price of the Rubicon variant and comes with power side steps, grab handles, floor mats, hood decals, and dash cams both at the front and rear.

Another accessory pack, which comprises a roof carrier with sidesteps and a Sunrider roof, is priced at ₹4.56 lakh. The Willys ‘41 Special Edition is available in a new ‘41 Green’ paint option, in addition to the standard list of colours. Only 30 examples are allocated for sale in the Indian market, so if you like the idea of owning a unique Jeep Wrangler, you might need to act quickly.

Kia introduces Carens Clavis

Kia India has announced the arrival of the Carens Clavis. It is positioned as a more premium offering in comparison to the Carens that it’s based on. Bookings are now open against a deposit of ₹25,000, and it will be on sale alongside the standard iteration of the Carens.

The Kia Carens Clavis gets a dual 10.25-inch screen setup, Level 2 ADAS, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and Bose audio. Both six and seven-seat options will be available, and there will be a choice between three engines.
