These two-wheelers add a splash of colour into your life, metaphorically and literally!
Hoil is the festival of colours which we all love and celebrate each year. But if you are someone whose personality is as colourful as the festival, you can buy any of these 5 bikes and scooters with the funkiest colour schemes:
Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 – Trip Teal
The Trip Teal colour scheme is the most vibrant and colourful paint scheme you can buy on the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350. It has teal as its base paint scheme and gets orange and white highlights to accentuate the colour scheme. The tank with its orange mandala design, orange cross-spoked tubeless wheels and white-walled tyres pair up perfectly with the factory-custom nature of the bike (read bobber). Along with the beautiful paint scheme, you also get chrome highlights which makes the bike look really premium.
Ultraviolette Tesseract – Sonic Pink
Ultraviolette recently launched its first electric scooter, the Tesseract. It gets a futuristic design which is unlike any other scooter on sale in India. What makes the Tesseract stand out even further is the Sonic Pink paint scheme which it comes with. The bodywork gets a combination of neon pink colour scheme that really pops out, along with contrasting grey highlights. The asymmetrical combination of blue highlight for the front and pink for the rear wheel makes it look quite unique. You can book the electric scooter for Rs 999 now, deliveries will commence early next year.
KTM 390 Duke – Electronic Orange
KTM is known for its orange colour and with the latest-gen 390 Duke, KTM has taken it up a notch further. The Electronic Orange colour scheme gets a flashy orange fuel tank, orange seat, orange chassis and orange wheels. While some might feel that it is a little too in-your-face, we personally love it goes perfectly well with the 390 Duke’s sporty ‘Hooligan’-like character.
Vespa S – Giallo Yellow
The Giallo Yellow paint scheme on the Vespa S is as bright as the sun itself. There are subtle black highlights too, for a bit of a sporty appeal. If you’re looking for a scooter with an iconic Italian design and an attention-grabbing paint scheme, this one’s for you. That said, this is as expensive as an exotic, imported mango, starting at Rs 1,37,827 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Yamaha R15 V4 – Vivid Magenta Metallic
The Yamaha R15 V4 is an iconic bike and comes in many colours. In our opinion, one such paint scheme which stands out from the rest is the Vivid Magenta Metallic. It gets a silver body with magenta and blue highlights on the fairing. The highlight of this paint scheme is the magenta-coloured wheels. The wheels look like an after-market accessory, something you would see in GTA Vice City.
Honourable Mention – Ola S1 Pro Sona Edition
The Ola S1 Pro Sona Edition is a special edition scooter which features a white finish, with 24-karat gold-plated brake levers, footrests, and a pillion grabrail. The scooter also gets a golden-coloured telescopic fork and monoshock, and swingarm. Overall, the scooter manages to come off as a lot more premium than the standard Ola S1 Pro. You can’t technically ‘buy’ this scooter, rather ‘earn’ it by doing various tasks set by the manufacturer. But if you win, it would make you feel as cool as the bling king Bappi Lahiri himself!
