- 10 Massive Quests
- 8 Black Dice

A major selling point of HeroQuest The Crypt of Perpetual Darkness is it is designed by Joe Manganiello. Manganiello is a notable figure in both Hollywood and the tabletop community. His body of work includes Apple TV’s Mythic Quest, Netflix’s Love, Death, and Robots, and host of the NBC series Deal or No Deal Island. He will also be joining Season 2 of Netflix’s One Piece as the villain Mr. 0 aka Crocodile.
In the tabletop community, Manganiello’s most high-profile appearance was in the actual play series, Critical Role. Manganiello played the paladin, Arkhen the Cruel, who aided the adventuring party Vox Machina defeat Vecna in the climax of campaign one. A famous victory since it ended with Arkhen walking away from the battle with Vecna’s fabled left hand.
HeroQuest The Crypt of Perpetual Darkness is available for pre-order right now on Amazon at an MSRP of $34.99. The expansion will be available at local game stores on July 15.
