From a stylish family scooter to a flagship maxi-scooter, the Xoom lineup is quite varied now
Hero MotoCorp has been a household name for decades now and its reputation for being affordable, reliable and easy to maintain has been driving its sales numbers through the roof. The Jaipur-based manufacturer has had the Xoom 110 in its scooter lineup for a few years now. It has now recently added two new scooters to its portfolio: the Xoom 125 and the Xoom 160. Here’s an overlook on the whole Hero Xoom family:
Xoom 110:
The Hero Xoom 110 is Hero MotoCorp’s 110cc segment sporty scooter. The scooter is powered by a 110.9cc single-cylinder engine producing 8.05PS and 8.70Nm and comes paired with a CVT. The Xoom 110 gets a very sleek design with sporty body lines. The scooter gets four variants: LX, VX, ZX and Combat Edition with six fancy colour schemes spread across the variants. The scooter is priced from Rs 72,284 to Rs 82,617 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Hero Xoom 125:
The Hero Xoom 125 is Hero MotoCorp’s newest offering in the 125cc segment and was launched at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The scooter is powered by a 124.6cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 9.8PS and 10.4Nm and also comes paired to a CVT. The Xoom 125 gets bulky and muscular body panels with sharp lines that compliment its character. The Xoom 125 is offered in two variants: VX and ZX and is offered in four colour schemes spread across the variants. The scooter gets all-LED lighting setup, a digital instrument console and comes equipped with 14-inch alloy wheels. The scooter is priced at Rs 86,900 for the VX variant and Rs 92,900 for the ZX variant (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
Hero Xoom 160
The Hero Xoom 160 maxi-scooter is the flagship scooter offering from Hero MotoCorp. The Xoom 160 was also launched at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The Xoom 160 gets all-LED lighting setup, a fully digital instrument cluster and keyless ignition. The maxi-scooter is powered by a 156cc, single-cylinder engine producing 14.6PS and 14Nm. It is paired to a CVT and comes with Hero’s i3S technology. The Xoom 160 gets 14-inch alloy wheels with a telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers. The scooter is available in a single variant with four colour schemes and is priced at Rs 1,48,500 (ex-showroom Delhi).
With the addition of two new scooters, the Hero’s Xoom family has now become more desirable. The Xoom range now appeals to a much wider range of buyers with different tastes and requirements.
