The Avenis gets a special edition with an exclusive colour scheme
Suzuki has launched the updated Burgman and Avenis scooters in the Indian market. The prices of both the scooter have remained the same with Burgman still being priced from Rs 95,800 and the Avenis is priced at Rs 93,200 (both Prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The Burgman is offered in two variants: Burgman Street and Burgman Street EX while the Avenis is offered in two variants and a Special Edition with an exclusive colour scheme.
Suzuki Burgman Series:
Burgman Street
The Burgman Street is priced from Rs 95,800 (ex-showroom) onwards and is offered in two variants: Standard edition and RideConnect edition. It gets seven colour schemes spread across the variants: Metallic Matte Black No. 2, Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Matte Titanium Silver, Pearl Matte Shadow Green, Pearl Moon Stone Gray (exclusive to Standard edition) while the Metallic Matte Stellar Blue and Metallic Matte Black No. 2 being exclusive to the RideConnect edition. The Burgman Street is powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder OBD-2B compliant engine producing 8.7PS and 10Nm, the same as before.
Burgman Street EX
The Burgman Street EX is priced at Rs 1,16,200 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is offered in three colour schemes: Metallic Matte Stellar Blue(new colour), Metallic Matte Black No. 2, and Metallic Royal Bronze. This variant comes loaded with modern tech and gets a silent-starter along with an Engine Auto Stop-Start system (EASS). The Burgman Street EX is also powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder engine that is OBD-2B compliant now with the same power output of 8.6PS and 10Nm. The Burgmann Street EX additionally gets a 12-inch rear wheel for more stability.
Suzuki Avenis:
The Suzuki Avenis too has received the latest updates to its engine and is priced from Rs 93,200. The also gets a colour variant called Special Edition and it is priced at Rs 94,000 (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).
The Suzuki Avenis gets sharp design for sporty looks and is offered in four colour schemes: Glossy Sparkle Black / Pearl Mira Red, Champion Yellow No 2 / Glossy Sparkle Black, Glossy Sparkle Black / Pearl Glacier White and Glossy Sparkle Black with the Special Edition getting an exclusive colour scheme: Metallic Matte Black No.2/ Matte Titanium Silver. The Avenis too, is powered by the same 124cc, single-cylinder engine producing 8.7PS and 10Nm as before, but is OBD-2B compliant for the latest emission norms now.
With these updates to the Burgman and the Avenis, Suzuki’s entire lineup in India is now OBD-2B compliant which also includes the Access 125 scooter and bikes like the V-Strom, Gixxer SF 250, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF and Gixxer.
