Private sector major Axis Bank today announced that its deputy MD Rajiv Anand will be retiring from his post effective August 3.
“Rajiv Anand has been associated with the Bank since 2009. He is currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director of the Bank since December 27, 2021 and has served as a whole-time Director since 2016. We now wish to inform you that he will retire from the services of the Bank at the close of business hours on August 3, 2025 upon completion of his third term as a Director on the Bank’s Board,” the lender said in an exchange filing.
The bank said it has a strong leadership pipeline that will ensure that its clients continue to receive best services and that it’s competitive positioning continues to improve.
“Rajiv’s association with the Axis group will continue after his retirement from the Bank as Non-executive Chairperson of Axis Max Life Insurance Limited,” the lender said.
