These two-wheelers are currently offered for online booking in select states
Suzuki India has collaborated with Flipkart to offer bookings of its two-wheelers on the latter’s platform. A lot of Suzuki two-wheelers like the Avenis, the Gixxer 150cc and 250cc range (Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250) and the V-Strom SX can now be purchased online. Suzuki currently offers the online bookings in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Meghalaya and Mizoram only, with plans to expand to other states in phases in the near future.
When booking on Flipkart, the customers can choose their desired two-wheeler, select the preferred variant and colour schemes and place the order online. However, the terms and conditions state that you’ll have to pay the entire ex-showroom price on Flipkart to place the order, and not just the booking amount.
The order will then be forwarded to the nearest authorised Suzuki dealership for assistance in the documentation process. All the prices on Flipkart are ex-showroom and may differ from state to state. Also, you’ll have to pay the dealership for insurance, RTO charges, and any accessories if you purchase from them. Deliveries will be done in about 15 days.
(Note: The delivery has to be taken by the customer from the authorised dealership and no home-delivery will be done)
There are also multiple offers for those who use Flipkart Axis Bank credit card or EMIs via BOB Card (Bank of Baroda). For a more indepth look at the offer, we recommend you log into the website and check in your pincode.
It is a bit unusual for Suzuki to not offer online bookings for its popular models like the Access 125 and the Burgman Street. In fact, the Access 125 has been India’s best-selling 125cc scooter for a long time now. Hopefully, we can see these models for online purchase in the near future along with other phase expansions. This isn’t the first time a manufacturer offers its products via e-commerce websites. Hero MotoCorp also sells the Vida range of electric scooters on Flipkart.
