2025 Hero Super Splendor, Splendor Plus Spotted With Updates TechTricks365

In India, the Hero Splendor series has dominated the commuter bike market since 2007. The entry-level commuter has sold more than 4 Crore units to date, giving it incomparable dominance in its market. Now, Hero is planning to launch the 2025 Hero Super Splendor and Splendor Plus with OBD-2B compliant engines. Recently, both bikes’ test mules were spotted in the Jaipur outskirts near the Hero Manufacturing plant without any camouflage. Let’s check out the new features.

Spy Shots: What They Reveal?

The 2025 Hero Splendor Plus was seen in a dual-tone Black and Red colour pattern. However, it retains the same styling and features as the ongoing model. The test mule was spied wearing a red registration plate, but not much visual change has been seen.

In contrast, the 2025 Hero Super Splendor retains its current design but has a new all-black paint scheme. The current Black and Accent paint scheme’s graphics are absent. However, the bike still features a long single-piece seat, a raised single-piece handlebar, and center-set footpegs for an upright riding position.

To comply with the most recent emission regulations, the 2025 Super Splendor will come with OBD-2B compliant engines. However, the powertrain remains the same, that is, a 124.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It produces a maximum power of 10.7 PS and a maximum torque of 10.6 Nm. Moreover, it is anticipated that the 5-speed gearbox will likewise stay the same.

Same with the 2025 Hero Splendor Plus. It also has the OBD-2B-compliant engine while retaining the same 97.2cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine produces a maximum power of 7.91 PS and a maximum torque of 8.05 Nm.

With a rated ground clearance of 165 mm, it tips the scale at 112 kilogrammes.

The features of the Hero Super Splendor test mule are yet unknown. However, a semi-digital instrument cluster and a real-time mileage indication are features of the current Hero Super Splendour. For extra convenience, a USB charging connector is also included. A side-stand engine cut-off function that turns off the engine as soon as the side stand is put down.

Expected Launch and Price

The two motorcycles are presently undergoing testing close to its Jaipur production plant. Given that they were observed without camouflage and are anticipated to be somewhat more expensive than the present models. Moreover, the bikes are most likely to be released in the coming months.
