A new homologation document from the Department of Transportation confirms that Royal Enfield will soon be launching the Goan Classic 350 with an OBD2B compliant engine in India. We expect the bike to be launched in the upcoming next few weeks. It may also get a small price hike over its current ex-showroom price.
Engine
The homologation document also tells us that the power figures of the Goan Classic have slightly decreased from before. It is powered by the same 349.34cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that now produces 20.22PS at 6,100rpm and 27Nm at 4,000rpm. Earlier, it used to make 20.48PS – which is 0.26PS more. It is paired to a five-speed gearbox. This engine is shared with the Hunter, Meteor, Bullet and Classic 350.
Price
The Goan Classic 350’s price is expected to see a small increase on its existing price tag due to the OBD2B update. The bike is available in a total of two versions right now and here are the current variant wise ex-showroom prices:

Other Royal Enfield Bikes
Royal Enfield is also expected to update all the other bikes in its line-up with an OBD2B compliant engine before April 1, 2025 – since that is the deadline from the Department of Transportation, India. The manufacturer’s range of motorcycles currently includes bikes such as the Scram 440, Guerrilla 450, Himalayan 450, Interceptor 650, Bear 650, Shotgun 650, Super Meteor 650, and the Continental GT 650.
