The KTM 390 Duke Gets A Massive Price Cut! | BikeDekho TechTricks365


The naked Austrian bike has now become Rs 18,000 more affordable

KTM India has cut-down the ex-showroom price of the 390 Duke for the Indian market by Rs 18,000. The bike is sold in a single variant and is now priced at Rs 2,95,136 which was previously priced at Rs 3,13,000 (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). 

Design:

The KTM 390 Duke gets a sharp design with bold styling elements such as its tank shrouds and the naked and exposed orange sub-frame and the aggressively styled headlight. The bike is available in two colour schemes: Atlantic Blue and Electronic Orange.

Engine:

The bike is powered by a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 46PS and 39Nm of torque and is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch. The bike also gets a bi-directional quickshifter, ride-by-wire throttle and launch control.

Underpinnings:

The bike gets a main steel-trellis frame and an aluminium sub-frame along with a fully-adjustable WP Apex 43mm inverted fork with 150mm of wheel travel and a fully-adjustable WP Apex monoshock with 150mm of wheel travel and sits on 17-inch wheels with a 110-section front and 150-section rear tubeless tyre setup. The 390 Duke gets a 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc brake with dual-channel ABS as standard. The bike has a kerb weight of 168.3kg and gets an accessible seat height of 800mm as standard that can be increased to 820mm with an accessory seat. 

Features:

The 390 Duke gets a 5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity with features like call and SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. The bike also gets two ride modes: Rain and Street with rider aids like cornering ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), traction control and Supermoto ABS too.
