Yamaha Aerox 155 Colours

The Metallic Black colour scheme of the Yamaha Aerox 155 brings a full black finish finish on the apron, handlebar cowl, floorboard and tail section. The colour scheme also features a grey shade on the side panels below the front half of the seat, with Aerox graphic in black. This colour scheme is more suited for riders who are looking for a subtle shade.

The Grey Vermillion on the other hand features a similar design, with dark grey finish on the apron, handlebar cowl, floorboard and tail section. The scooter also features a  white finish on the side panels below the seat.

But what makes this colour scheme stand out is the use of red colour on the rims, graphics and Aerox lettering on the side panel. The addition of the red colour makes this scooter stand out quite a bit. This makes the colour scheme well suited for riders who are looking for something flashy.

Yamaha Aerox Version S Colours

The Yamaha Aerox Version S is the more premium offering out of the two, and it comes in three colours. Out of these, the Silver colour scheme is the most simple one but at the same time it looks good enough to grab attention.

It offers a bright silver finish overall, with the side panel under the seat getting a black finish. The use of golden colour on the rims and graphics also adds a premium touch to the scooter overall.

Moving on to the new Racing Blue colour scheme: This is perfect for Yamaha fans who love the iconic blue colour scheme which the brand has been associated with over the years. It offers a dark blue along with the dark purple combo colour scheme throughout. It is a slightly subtle colour scheme compared to the other two. This will be our choice given the colour scheme’s association with Yamaha’s racing legacy.

Lastly, we have the new Ice Fluo Vermillion colour scheme, which like the Silver colour offers a similar silver finish overall. But instead of gold, it uses red on the rims and graphics. This makes it feel more sporty than premium. This is perfect for those who want the sporty scooter to look the part. Compared to the regular version, the Aerox 155 Version S gets keyless ignition and a lot more features. We have gone over them in detail in our launch story here.

Other than the difference in colours and features, both scooters are powered by the same 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 15PS and 13.9Nm. The Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aerox 155 Version S compete with other maxi-scooters in the market such as the Hero Xoom 160 and the Aprilia SXR 160.
