Suzuki has launched the 2025 Suzuki Hayabusa in India with exciting updates. The iconic motorcycle now comes in three new dual-tone colours. The engine has been updated to meet OBD-2B emission norms. Interestingly, the price stays the same at Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Despite minor tweaks, the Suzuki Hayabusa remains the powerful, stylish beast it’s always been. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in the 2025 edition.
New Dual-Tone Colour Options & Engine
The 2025 Hayabusa brings three stylish new dual-tone colour combinations. These includes: Metallic Matte Steel Green/Glass Sparkle Black, Glass Sparkle Black/Metallic Matte Titanium Silver and Metallic Mystic Silver/Pearl Vigor Blue. These colours may look similar to the old ones, but they come with fresh highlights and touches. The matte green version has titanium-style details that make it stand out on the road.
Suzuki has updated the engine to meet the new OBD-2B emission standards. However, performance remains just as thrilling as before. The engine is a 1340cc, inline four-cylinder unit that’s liquid-cooled and very refined. It delivers 190 bhp and 142 Nm of torque, which makes every ride fast and smooth. Moreover, the engine is still paired with a 6-speed gearbox and comes with a quick shifter.
You can also switch between three power modes, including Mode A, Mode B, and Mode C for different riding styles.
Electronic Features and Rider Aids
The 2025 Hayabusa continues to offer a host of electronic rider aids. These include: Cruise Control, Launch Control, Traction Control, Power Mode Selector, Low RPM Assist and Bi-directional Quick Shifter. Suzuki has made small improvements to cruise and launch control systems.
For instance, you can now change gears while cruise control is active, which is great for long rides. The Hayabusa continues to feature its aggressive and aerodynamic styling. It retains the bold, sporty design that fans love worldwide. The twin exhausts, sharp front, and flowing body lines still scream speed and power. Its large body panels and muscular stance give it a road presence like no other bike.
Brakes, Suspension, and Tyres
This bikes comes with Brembo’s premium Stylema front brake calipers. Moreover, it has KYB forks in the front and a monoshock at the rear. The 17-inch wheels are wrapped in Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S22 tyres. This setup offers great grip, stability, and confidence at high speeds or in tight corners.
