2025 BMW C 400 GT Launched in India at ₹11.50 Lakh TechTricks365


BMW Motorrad launches the updated model of the C 400 GT maxi-scooter in India. The starting price of this two-wheeler is Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom). In comparison to its predecessor, this new model is EURO 5+ compliant and has minor modifications. Moreover, now it costs up to Rs 25,000 more than the previous model. All in all, it is one of the priciest scooters available in the nation and is made for both long-distance travel and regular commuting. Check out the full details here. 
 

2025 BMW C 400 GT Engine

The 2025 BMW C 400 GT is powered by a EU 5+ 350cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that generates 34bhp at 7,500 rpm and 35Nm of max torque at 5,750 rpm. Additionally, with a CVT gearbox, the power is sent to the wheel. Furthermore, the claimed top speed of this scooter is 129 kmph.
 

2025 BMW C 400 GT Features

The new C 400 GT comes with a 10.25-inch TFT instrument console that displays the speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, trip meter, clock and other essential information. Through the BMW Connectivity Pro Package, it also receives smartphone connectivity functions. Additionally, the scooter has keyless ignition and a ride-by-wire throttle. The scooter’s rider aids include cornering ABS, traction control, and Engine Drag Torque Control (MSR), which is essentially engine braking control.

When it comes to looks, the 2025 BMW C 400 GT maintains its maxi-scooter identity with a big windscreen and angular lines. This is enhanced by the Exclusive variant’s Blackstorm Metallic and Diamond White Metallic paint work. The Exclusive version of the bike has golden brake callipers, a black seat bench with an embroidered logo, and golden rims.
 

2025 BMW C 400 GT Specifications

A telescopic fork and preload-adjustable dual rear shock absorbers are standard on the C 400 GT. Twin discs in the front and one disc in the back, with dual-channel ABS, are responsible for braking. Both the front and rear alloy wheels of the bike are 15 inches in diameter, and the tyres are 120 and 150 sections, respectively. Additionally, the scooter’s fuel tank holds a large 12.8 litres. Furthermore, the scooter is quite bulky with its kerb weight of 219 kg, and the seat height is 765 mm.
